Service and back up

The role of an autoclave and washer disinfector is becoming increasingly more vital to the continuous smooth running of a practice. This also creates an increasing need for strong service and back up if the autoclave breaks down.

Confidence in the reliability of service nationwide has been a large focus of the Melag Technical Manager for Australasia - Ian Hopkins. It is with this focus that he has developed, picked and trained selected companies to act as Authorised Melag Service Agents.

These service agents have been trained to provide:

 - Installation and commissioning

 - Technical and service assistance

 - Product recommendation

 - Warranty repairs

 - Annual maintenance
