Depending on the purpose of use, MELAG offers four basis baskets: with injector rail (without filter), with basis basket and central filter and a basis basket without an injector rail. The basis baskets with injector rail are equipped with a reusable filter or disposable fine filter. The injector rail can be fitted with 11 various hollow adapters or with adapters for Luer / Luer-Lock connectors.
This makes it especially suitable for the decontamination of hollow instruments with an inner diameter of 0.8 mm, such as contra angles, air polishing devices and ultrasonic tips . The integrated control display in the injector rail indicates if the filter is blocked and should be cleaned. The central filter is then cleaned with the included cleaning brush. The basis basket with injector rail and central filter provides space for insert racks and baskets via 6 flex segments on up to 2 levels (not suitable for ophthalmology).
