The validatable rotary sealer with documentation

The rotary sealer MELAseal ® Pro is designed for practices needing to seal and document large numbers of packages. MELAseal ® Pro is validatable according to EN 11607-2. Two minutes after being switched on, MELAseal ® Pro is ready for use. Packages (e.g. MELAfol ®) can be sealed without pause. Documentation is possible via the serial interface using MELAflash, MELAprint ®44, or through connection to the practice PC.

With each sealing procedure, the sealing temperature, the contact pressure and the throughput speed are monitored. The data acquired can be printed or archived electronically. The high throughput speed of 8 m/min ensures rapid work in the practice with continuous turnaround of sterilized items.

In the case of heavier cassettes or longer instruments, the work is made easier, with the help of the optional workbenches - Table or table with Rollers. The Roll dispenser, with an integrated cutting device, can be mounted on the wall or placed on the worktop.
