The larger sterilisation chamber (45 cm, volume 22 l) and the water-cooled vacuum pump make the Vacuklav 44 B+ the ideal steam steriliser for all those practices seeking to sterilise a large quantity of instruments in a short time. 20 minutes in Quick-Program “B” for the sterilisation of wrapped instruments. 10 minutes in Quick-Program “S” for the sterilization of unwrapped instruments. Both times include fractionated pre-vacuum and drying. Safe sterilisation and drying of a load of up to 9 kg. The unique algorithms of our patented intelligent drying system DRYtelligence permit the shortest possible drying time whatever the load size.

The innovative colour touchscreen of the Vacuklav 44 B+ helps avoid maloperations. All menus are self-explanatory and permit intuitive operation. An especial advantage is the integrated software for approval, labelling and traceability of the sterilised instruments. This saves time and money for additional software and hardware products

The high-performance water cooling effect of its vacuum pump establishes the Vacuklav 40 B+ Evolution as the benchmark not only for speed and operation, but also quality and reliability. With a water-ring vacuum pump the unit does not need feed & waste water tank, condenser, fan + standard vacuum pump & is therefore quieter during operation.

Units can be networked along with the washer disinfector directly to your computer to download data logs with a free FTP software. Simple plug and play with a bar code label printer either direct, through your network or into a hub if you want to connect up to 3 autoclaves.

"Whats included in the price" Built in data logging, CF card, Mount E, 6 trays, 2 narrow trays and the labour cost for a Melag Technician to perform Install Qualification (IQ)** and a Operational Qualification (OQ)**. Freight for the autoclave, travel for the Melag technician and the Performance Qualification (PQ) are at the purchasers expense.
